burning 3500kcal a day -> FAILED.
But I need to get rid of that tummy.
I joined challenges to stay motivated.
New Goals > complete the 200 sit ups challenge (in 6 weeks) > eat less than 1000 kcal a day. (until sunday at least) > ride on bike to work and back home (about 30 mins in the morning and 30mins in the evening, that's a good work out) >try again to burn the 3500kcal a day. > getting up during the adds while watching TV and do 50 JumpingJacks everytime >Have Breakfast > Do NOT eat cookies & stuff (for gods sake!!) > try to move all the time (wipping legs or stuff (does that help??) > No matter how frustrating it is, weight in every day (?)
ALL OF THIS AT LEAST FOR ONE WEEK, and then on and on until 60kgs :) Go!
