Abulshah's Logboek, 20 sep 14

Yesterday felt easier to manage, am in a routine now. Thinking about my food log before I step into the kitchen. I ended the day a little hungry, but stood firm. Last meal was at 5.30pm. Just water and tea after. Lost 1lb!

I know today i should be I.F. or carb loading, but I worry too much. I think I will weight for my weight to plateau before I treat myself to a carb day (comes complimentary with a gruelling all body workout I should add).
118,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 16,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
