I recently moved from Nevada to the Pacific Northwest. It's been a crazy three months and my diet and exercise program fell completely apart. :-(

Now that we are settled and school has started, I am trying to get back on track. Getting a gym membership and trying to get back into my weekly yoga practice is proving more difficult than I thought - but I am determined to get my fitness level back to where it was, or better.

Time to start using this website again...
