Should really eat at least half of my exercise calories, but I am stuffed.
10 miles on the bike this morning, feeling a lot fitter and backside getting hardened to that saddle.

I know it's really hard to get in all the calories sometime's & hard not to go over at others *sigh!*. Sometime's all we can do is just listen to our bodies :-). I know what you mean about the saddle sore too, takes my tushy a little while to adapt to it's hard & uncomfortable embrace lol
