orion6's Logboek, 06 apr 11

got in an extra 3 mile run/walk last night so took the morning off. I do have my shoes in my car to get in 1.5 mile on my lunch. I think it's a strech day on the schedule anyway but maybe I can get it in later. otherwise I will do it on sunday and consider today my rest day from p90x.
carbs were alittle high yesterday and that spoon I took from the cookie dough didn't help any. but i was honest and logged it too. today my carbs are already looking high and my fat but it does when I have my peanut butter banana smoothie. so yummy. I have a big salad in my box with fat free dressing and chicken.and thinking fish again for dinner with a salad. and no ice coffee today. decided i need to limit those to twice a week, cuz at starbucks I always get half and half in it. at least i get an ice coffee but watched them make my drink the otehr day and it is a at least a 1/4 cup half and half in it. so will wait till Friday on the way home to have another one. want to see some real downs on my chart- at least a pound to put me under 150 finally.
Mini goal- 145 and I am going to buy my wedges sandles. They are $50 but I have not seen 145 in three years so if I can do it they are mine!
