King in the North's Logboek, 25 sep 14

Did a push-pull upper body workout last night.Alternated back and forth with little rest at a moderately heavy weight.Accomplished a lot of work in a short amt of time.Feel pretty sore this morning, shoulders and biceps.Also gained two pounds since last night preworkout.Decided just going to weigh myself once a week Sunday mornings from now on.
