This is ridiculous! I need to take back my life and quit being lazy.
No more sitting on the sofa. It doesn't exist to me any more. No more TV, I'm canceling cable, I don't watch anything that I cant get on Netflix or amazon video anyway. (and that will only be after 9 pm or passively while doing house work)
I'm going to be a Dad, so I can't be showing my kid how to be lazy and unhealthy.
