So big weight loss goals are not a thing anymore for me 🙂
The goal right now is losing 1kg a month until May (end of Spring in this part of the hemisphere).
And then from there, learning how to love this new body and how to better cope in moments of mental distress without bingeing which I suspect will be a lifelong struggle.
But, itās okay.
