I am the weight fluctuation queen right now. This is insane! I can't seem to break out of the 145 slot at the moment. I want to lose 10lbs by June 24th but as of right now it doesn't look like my body wants to do that!

Hey, 10 pounds doesn't sound like much.....but it'll take as much hard work as someone trying to lose 100lbs. Maybe this might help you. Try drinking (actually counting) 8 (8oz) glasses of water each day, walking an extra mile each day, eating 4 fruits each day, and making sure you are eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snacks each day. I bet if you do all of those in a week, you will see a difference and then just do it every week until you reach your goal. Good luck, and let us know when you do!
