I saved about $85 and spent it for some clothes. I haven't stuck to the diet since Thanksgiving, but Now that I am back, I am following the same incentive: Pay myself $1.00 each time I'm under 1000 calories and 50 cents if I'm under 1200 calories. It is a win-win incentive!
