worked out at work last night jogged for 1 hour at a fairly good clip stuck to diet just ate what i had brought not that i was tempted as my partner got chinese food . was going hit weights today but first one back takes a toll and i am tired will just sleep the weight off . Hopefully i wake up a little lighter . BTW tossed the m&m's as i have no resistance to chocolate.
slept most of the day away from about 10 am till 8 pm sleeping is the best way to lose weight hehe .
