Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.
Today was an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want).
Cardio: 1 1/2 hours on the Air Walk Trainer. Steps: 278. Started wearing blue light blocking glasses at 9 pm.
I ordered a 12-inch GoFit GoRoller Massage Roller with Myofascial Release Ball, Mesh Carry Bag and Exercise Manual, Red on an Amazon lightning deal. The 36-inch roller is too large for the fitness mat in the space that I currently have allotted. I may clear more space later, but this roller also looks softer than the roller I have now and comes with an instruction booklet. I probably should have started with smaller and softer and worked my way up to firmer and larger. I want to work on my calves which are tight when I get up in the morning. I want to unearth the book on stretching from the book pile next to the fitness mat. At least the plantar fasciitis and the back tension haven't been bothering me as much.
Relaxation: two 30 minute naps.
