I gained 2 lbs. I will not stress or freak out. I ate too much point blank. Today is a new day and I'm starting fresh. I will not beat myself up. I am making smarter food choices. I will work out more consistently. No more excuses!!!

I gained 2 lbs too. No fun. I'm in the same boat, ate too much and now I'm seeing the consequences. Those cookies tasted good, but now there is a bitter taste in my mouth looking at the 2 lb. gain. I'm hoping to get rid of at least one of my pounds gained by next week. Stay positive and I'm sure you can lose this week.
