In a large bowl whisk together
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup crunchy almond butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon powder
Whisk together and then add
1 cup whole pecans
3 cups of old fashion rolled oats
Add 1 cup of oats at a time once combined spread onto lined baking sheet, bake at 325 for 12 minutes remove from over and stir and spread out again and bake for another 10 minutes. Once completely cooled (2 hours or so) mix in dried cherries, cranberries and wild blueberries. Enjoy.

It’s had a tiny bit of chew to it but mostly crunchy!

If you want it more chewy I suggest cutting back on some of the baking time by a few minutes!
