To all Canadian members out there a very Happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy your meal, your family, friends and try to stay on your eating plan. I will be having turkey and veggies. No stuffing or potatoes for me.

Happy Thanksgiving!! In the process of planning Thanksgiving Dinner here in the US in a month. Currently testing out carrot and parsnip soup recipe this weekend. I already tried out the Jerk Turkey recipe two weeks ago. (Delicious but takes 24 hour to marinate the bird) I have already told family and friends this years dinner will be a healthy alternative. Do you have any suggestions?  
12 okt 14 door lid: Transformation Butterfly
One suggestion is to make lots of different veggies. If you have lots of textures and colours you might not miss the potatoes and stuffing. I am on a low carb high fat WOE so I can have all the butter I want on those veggies.
