I have exciting news!! As many of you know, I hike a lot to find and photograph cool mushrooms. Well, today I mailed off my first collection for identification and possibly gene sequencing! An acquaintance on iNaturalist offered to help me get some cool Typocladium down to species, and possibly even identify some currently undescribed species! Florida is super understudied so I'm very excited about this.
