I've really gotten off track and had gained 5 pounds and was up to 219.2 Was eating anything I wanted even tho I was walking. But got back on track and am down to 215.4. I just really need to keep it up and not stop. My biggest problem is stress at work and personal issues with my family. Food is comfort and I have to get comfort elsewhere. Hoping walking will help replace food. My little min-pin, Maggie is very happy we are walking! REALLY NEED TO STAY ON TRACK!
