unamoyer's Logboek, 15 okt 14

Supper out with the girls was great. So good to see everyone again. We all used to work at Zellers before it closed and get together a couple of times a year. I went over my limit of 20 net carbs for the day. But I ate lots of veggies so I am not too worried. Not beating myself up at all. Back to 20 net carbs tomorrow. I am high on sodium for the day so I am thinking I might be up a bit tomorrow.

Nothing wrong with a meal out with friends. Just get back to what you've been doing and you'll keep right on track.

I allow myself one blow meal a week .. one meal that I don't have to count calories or fat grams or anything else. It's ONE meal, not a whole day .. and that really helps keep me focused and on track. I know that each week I have that one blow meal .. so I can plan going out to eat .. or even a fun family feast at home .. guilt free! :D
