debbra's Logboek, 20 mei 09

Treadmilled 70 minutes, 4.3 miles. I'm taking it easy on here because I've developed arthritic or carpal tunnel pain in my wrist. I don't know what it's from, but it hurts to type. So I'll be on here a lot less. Hope everyone is well!

Today was not as bad as yesterday, but not perfect. There are some foods I did not enter, bread, et cetera. I am not going to give myself a happy face.

I think 70 minutes is a lot on the treadmill. I would probably reach my goal weight in about a week if I did that. Hmmmm... :-)
