STRUGGLING...AN KNOWING HOW TO GET THRU IT ... goood mornin...yes the alarm clock woke me up once again...i layed in bed...all kinds of excuses run thur my mind...storm is moving in...was tired...could just take the day off again..could go tomow...you name it...i had all kinds of excuses...but finally got outta bed an ate breakfast...was almost 4am...before i got into the gym...as i said..just wasnt in a hurry...then once i got there...wasnt in the mood for the elliptical..so rode the recumbant bike for 50 min ..hill program...then the elliptical for 20 ..hill program..resistance of 15...my workout is over ..but i can tell its time to listen to an mp3 that i downloaded to my mp3 player...i listen to it from time to time if my eating is gettin outta line or if im lacking motivation to get my workouts ... you can download the mp3 here ...i use the one for weight control... its worked really well for me...i find a comfy place...put my headphones in...and relax to the sound of the mp3....i can usually tell when its time cause i get lazy...lol...but the mp3 works so well...well...need to make the bed...an get a few things done...rain today an tonight is whats in the forcast...so...no yard work today...a break from it...thinkin of growing mango plants this year along with cherry mators in 5 gallon buckets with miracle grow potting soil...my plants always grow good like that...will be like the 4th year of growing plants this way....well...have a great one...an if you download the mp3...im sure it will help you as well...

thanks cathy...in the midwest...south of chicago...several mp3s on that page...but i listen to the one on weight control an have for 3-4 years now...just use it when i feel like im struggling in my workouts...which right now with the nicer weather...its a struggle to get up an in the gym....

I've been to Chicago quite a bit in the last few weeks. Now I'll think of you when I am there. I just love Chicago but I really didn't like the Midway airport. I like Ohare better.. Thanks for letting me knw and have a great day. I did my exercise. Been good with that this week just in case I decide to take a break over the weekend. Got to start getting ready and drying my hair now and finish packing.
