Sincesince recording food I can see where some carbs r sneaking in. Not ready to give up fresh tomatoes though. Pretty good at cutting out all flour and sugar with the exception of low carb tortillas, which I get specifically for pizza. I don't miss much the other bread type products but still crave pizza so it makes a nice substitute. Been limiting to 2 low carb tortillas max a day do not consume every day. Newest goal is to keep percentages around 60-70 for fat, 30-35 for protein and 5-10 for carb. Ultimate would b 70/35/5 but I need a range fer sure.
