Drinking lots of water today.numnumnum.
I feel off the water wagon-so needed to get back on.Thinking I havent been adding it to my food diary but am going to start-hope to make myself more mindful to remember my H2o.

you know-I did!Its what instigated me to think about my water intake.thanks for the tip.Not sure if i can do 32oz. in a sitting tho.But more is definately better in this case
