Unless you're gonna wear a moo-moo to swim in, you better suck it up. You know how you struggle over what to wear. You know how you try to hide in pictures. Be nice to yourself. Get to a size you're comfortable with. Get under 150. That's 15 lbs. That's 1/2 pound a week 'til the luau. Even low thyroid, menopausal you can do that.
