loosinisfun's Logboek, 18 apr 11

gooooood mornin...back from a workout..2x30 on treadmill...30 on recumbant bike ..hill workouts...sweat more that way...took the weekend off thinkin mabye i can get back in the habit of doing 5 day in a row workouts in stead of doing 7 days trying to get 5 days of workout....rain is headed this way once again...for next 3 days...have a greattttttt one...

just logged my steps for today so far...11025...so far this morning..an its only 6am...and really not even tired from the 90 min workout...so guess taking the 2 days off was worth it...alarm clock did wake me up this morning...but once i got up an movin...i was ready to get to the gym...an get my workout over with once again...gonna listen to mp3 again today..keep reinforcing what i am tryin to achieve...i think alot of my not wanting to hit the gym is the fact that its warmer outside...to nice to be inside doing a workout...an as i said in the past..usually by now i have quit the gym an im gettin outside activity instead of inside...i just have to keep tellin myslf...that doing inside activity is better cause when i get tired...car is closer to get into ...lol...

Good for you. Sounds like you had a great work out. I have switched to 5 days but unintentionally. That way some of the pressure is off over the weekend if we choose not to. Hope you have a great day. I only have 3 1/2 days this week and then off to Orlando for Easter. Really looking forward to somw warmer temps. Man it was still snowing here all weekend. Does it ever end. For heaven sakes its almost May.

thanks cathy...doing different workouts keeps your body guessin whats in store for it...ive read that every 3-4 weeks its good to change the workouts...have a great day...
