WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: not even a pound from last week. started doing more strength training last week, i hope this is temporary weight gain.. a part of me is discouraged because it seems like i am going backwards 😔 but a part of me is teling me to trust the process and just keep going and doing what i am doing.
76,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 18,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 8,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

yep stay the course and trust the process. strength training makes everything unstable weight wise. at least I'm up and down a ton with it. been stable this week but too busy for gym time.
