WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: not even a pound from last week. started doing more strength training last week, i hope this is temporary weight gain.. a part of me is discouraged because it seems like i am going backwards 😔 but a part of me is teling me to trust the process and just keep going and doing what i am doing.
