I’m on a bad streak yesterday and today. Can’t stop eating junk. Luckily the candy and the brownies we had in the house are now gone (thanks to me eating it). Found myself running behind this morning and stopping at Dunkin Donuts… got my normal coffee and breakfast sandwich, but somehow ended up with hash browns too. Of course I ate them and then felt guilty.
Back to the workout routine tonight (even though Tuesday is my normal running night). Yesterday I had a doctor’s appointment and then had to get out to vote before the polls closed, then make/eat dinner and next thing you know I skipped my run. Need to get back on track the rest of the day with eating, and stick to my run plan! Need to get back on track with weight loss this week, I’m currently just trying to get back to where I was last week…
