Ran last night, felt good to get back to it after taking a break. It’s super rainy today and I think it’s supposed to continue through the evening, so even though I was planning on running tonight I may have to schedule it for tomorrow instead if I’m going to get a second run in this week. It’s shocking, but I’m really starting to enjoy running! Never thought I would say that… in the past I’ve said I enjoy the feeling after but not during, and now I think I actually enjoy it while I do it! I said at the beginning I wanted to do this slowly to make a lifestyle change and not a diet, and I think that’s a good sign that I’m on the right track. Just got to get my eating back in check after a bad week… did much better yesterday and hoping to keep it up today.
