The funny thing is about this is ... I have all of this in my freezer ! Sweet Kale Superfood - that I actually freeze and use for quick stirfries - since there is no way that I can consume that entire bag while fresh --- and chicken - ah - I have packages of chicken - with a bit of change up - as par usual - I can do this ... Looks good as usual.

Sugar free jello with a little whipped cream nice low cal treat to satisfy your sweet tooth 👍
I also do french toast w/egg whites and Walden Farms sugar free (calorie free) strawberry syrup when I'm hungry. Two slices at 157 calories is pretty good and very filling actually.

Jergens, this was such an easy meal! I was pleased when I bought the Kale salad this time, it was split into a 2 pack. One was perfect for Hubby & I. It was actually 1.75 servings each, but since it was the bulk of the meal, it wasn't too much.

I find those Superfood salads are a great product - lots of good energy and as we gain the years - it is nice that they are already chopped and prepared with all of the fixings. I use a portion of the dressing and get many salad dressing portions out of the one packet. Good deal.
