Setting goals small is more motivational for me than big. So I reach them faster and stay strong. I now see everything that has been so distracting and it doesn’t bother me. Someone eating a burger in front of me or drinking milkshake I have no feelings towards it. Feels great to kill that last addiction in me. Well not last but one of them. I still crave sugar, not cakes, just in fruits, but knowing that they can harm me is a no go. I eat berries and it helps.
