I hate birthday parties when I'm on a diet. I feel like I need to do al or nothing when it comes to food. I had five guys then dairy queen cake. I decide to get lemonaid, although half way through the cup I decided it was too sweet and switched to water. It is good to know how much I like water now. I run my first 5k tomorrow. I am excited although I feel bad for taking the day off from excersing.
