Am I the only one who pre-enters their snacks and meals so I don’t forget what I eat? If I don’t eat everything I enter, it’s a win in my book. Been reading a lot of entries and everyone is doing fantastic on their journey. It’s inspiring to help me keep on mine.

I do the same thing. Then adjust according to wants & needs. Mostly it's my night time snacks that get changed as the day progresses in order to fit my calorie limit. 📜🤔

Agreed. If I want or plan for something later in the day, I’ll adjust what I eat during the day to equal it out.

Sometimes I enter all the food I plan on eating for the day. I usually end up taking some of it off the journal - usually an apple or some vegetable.

Fritzy.. I'm just the opposite... Like tonight... I had to take ALL my planned snack off, and insert JUST an apple!!🍎..🚫🍕..🤣😂

I do it all the time. I either pre-enter for the food I pack for work, or I enter as I'm prepping or immediately after I eat. I'd never remember everything if I tried to reconstruct it later 🙃
