4.A16. Lost 9 lb. Started at 225, October 14, exactly 1 month ago. I had doubled my jazz class. I am taking 2000 mg L-Carnitine (Atkins book recommends when stuck on the diet)Maybe that helps too. I feel a bit more energetic. I do not think of it, but every lb that drops makes you carry less on your feet. You can jump, or walk faster.
