unamoyer's Logboek, 13 nov 14

Just did my 15 minutes on the exercise bike and 15 minutes of chair yoga. Not much really but much more than I was doing. The bike still makes my bum numb but not as much as the first time I tried it last week. 15 minutes all this week then 20 minutes next week.
