Luluesq1's Logboek, 24 apr 11

ok-break is finally over.Yes,I said finally.What a difference and effect unhealthy eating has on the body!I dont know how I did this to myself for 3 years!!A weekend was enough for sure!
I'm also so ready to step up my walking.I am shooting for at least 3 times this week-and hoping to do more.
I think-I may abstain from the scale for a few days til my water retention feels back to normal.No need to obssess over that number.The numbers I want to focus on this week are:
1. Carb count-20 carbs a day/12 of those veggies
2. 8 glasses(8.oz)of water a day-64 oz.total
3. 7-8 hours sleep
4. 30 minute/2-3 miles walking

Hope everyone had a happy holiday whether they took a break like me or stuck to the plan.Its good to be back!!!

Seriously! I feel so sick from all the crap. Yuck! And I barely drank enough water today... I'm going to have to consider tomorrow a cleanse day and flood my system with water and only whole foods!

I was thinking of a 'cleanse' day too!!!Like gallons of water.Isnt it a weird feeling?I'm not sure if its physiological or psychological that you can actually feel all the fats and oils flowing thru your body. I mean I enjoyed having chocolate,icecream and bread but I dont know if the remnants and after affects are worth it?
