Okay so I haven’t used this app for a very long time. I am going to the gym 2-3 times per week and I’m going to try intermittent fasting for 14 hours per day. 6.30pm - 8.30am 5 days per week. First morning in a long time that I haven’t had coffee at 7am and I’m feeling pretty tired. Let’s see how this goes. Everything that I have tried for weight loss hasn’t worked so I’m hoping this will help.
