It's been 4 days since my last confession, I mean, journal entry!! I gained a pound and haven't been logging my food. I was feeling ill and just got out of the habit. I was on Day 4 or 5 of the 30-Day Shred and got so sick I couldn't even do it. I even missed work. I still don't feel 100% but I need to kick it into high gear!!!!!!!!!
I'm back with a vengeance and am ready to get this weight off. On the plus side, someone today asked if I'm losing weight. I guess I'm not doing too poorly!!!!!
