2 Year Change PicJust wanted to share. Again, did not have a defined goal however this is what has "naturally" changed over the past couple years of fine tuning my diet and training. I think I will start tracking my changes more often with pictures, unfortunately I wish I could show a picture from WAY BACK in the day however, I think I was way too shy and ashamed back then to even take a picture like this...I just never thought I would get to where I am today. So, here's to two years of changes. Good Night People!
