Hey buddies, I had a night weight in and it's about a pound less than last one :) I will register the "official" weight in for the week tomorrow or the day after. Anyway, it seems the weight is slowly going down but most importantly I am learning to control overeating and being tempted by junk food. I see it's improving :) I went to watch movies by a friend of mine and this week I have been better at avoiding eating too much unhealthy snacks. I had only a mini bounty and two handfuls of chips. eating slowly makes me feel more the flavor, then I feel satisfied with less food. The other trick is that I had a light dinner before leaving my place, so I was already full and was less attracted by junk food. I hope one day soon I will learn how to have no junk food at all at home movies evenings :)
