Luluesq1's Logboek, 30 apr 11

today went well.I stayed away from the chips,dips,carb ladden salads,cake and the ice cream.I improvised with taking the meat off the buns and eating the meat with some cheese from the cheese tray.Also,had some deviled eggs and I was stuffed.Not too bad,I did long for some of those salads tho.I tried a tactic that I dont know if is really smart but I took a picture of my face-and I saw that bloated face and it really stopped me from doing something off plan.I dont want to see that fat face anymore I want to uncover whats underneath it.So,no cake for me.Sometimes its more jolting to see a picture of urself than it is to look in a mirror-
Im really hoping for a big drop off sometime next week.My tom should be ending and I feel it coming!

Good for you Lulu on making those food choices. Every time you get through a social event and make those good choices will make it easier and easier to do the next time around. Pat yourself on the back and celebrate this "victory" no matter what the scale does!
