Crap!! Fell over and broke a bone and snapped a tendon in my ankle how bloody stupid! Been doing so well low carbing and increasing excercise and now this will keep me off my feet for the next 6 weeks. Still, could have been my hip and that would have been a bugger. As long as I stick to low carb and keep the calories down I should'nt put it back on hopefully.
