I am truly missing my sunday morning spin class, but it is a great trade off as I am in Lafayette visiting my son, who I only get a chance to visit with every couple of months. There is also a great free music festival going on here at the same time (lots of zydeco and local musicians). I guess I'll have to count all the walking around as my exercise for the day.
Am kind of disappointed in the continental breakfast selection at the Quality Inn- all carbs, most appear to be loaded with sugar. Muffins, danish, waffles, cereal (fruit loops and raisin bran), Bagels- not a piece of fruit in site :( Oh well I'll search out something a little more healthy on my own. Although it is quite possible that I will find my way to a ham n cheese omelette- (still better for me that tons of carbs in my book) and walk it off seeing the sites.
