im frustrated that, even though im in a cal deficit eeryday, i went from 119.8 yesterday to 120.4 today! i ate the same number or close to, maybe less than any other day....should i decrease or increase or will it just level itself out on its own and drop again? i feel dis-heartened after seeing that number on the scale. And i still have 2 "muffin tops":( how do i get rid of those?
