Why is this so hard this time. I know what I have to do, just won't do it! I eat bad, watch shows, sit around, drink alcohol and I feel like CRAP! I am trying. Running 2 days now and it feels awesome...I just need to keep doing it, but I really have no faith right now...every time I think I can do it, I don't. Dissapointing!!!!
