Yesterday was my normal lift day but I'm still taking it easy. I did go to the gym and worked with my trainer. About a month ago I signed up for once-a-week training sessions for a month to improve my form and technic. Yesterday was my third of four sessions. I spent an hour with my trainer. My normal full-body workout takes me about two and a half hours. I have decided to split my routine to alternate between upper and lower body with abdominals each workout. That will allow me to spend more time working on each body part, improve effectiveness, reduce my time in the gym and allow more time for recovery. At least that's my plan...
