Wow, it's starting to come off fast now that I'm really sticking to my diet. Watching the numbers go down really does wonders for my motivation!
Yesterday was even a pretty easy day as far as sticking to my diet. No crazy cravings, even though it was kind of a stressful day because several things in my apartment decided to break down at once. As always I was very hungry by dinnertime but dinner was extremely yummy and satisfying. Learning to cook more is paying off, definitely .
I have a few more thoughts but I'm already running late for work. It's an office day :(
