Fill in your meal plan menu for tomorrow - starting with your breakfast - start with a glass of water and an apple - keep all portions to 1/4 or 1/2 cup measures - you have to train your body to be full. Do that right now - make your menu plan for tomorrow and check it to see what you are going to make for your meals --- only eat your meals as planned - sit at the table - stop eating half way through and drink your water with your meal. Then do not eat or drink a thing until your next planned meal - do anything else but do not eat or drink between meals. Keep your calorie intake for the day within your Recommended Daily Intake. You have lost 19 almost 20 pounds - YOU GOT THIS.

It is that easy - that is all that you have to do - stop eating and drinking after 9 pm and stay out of the kitchen. Have a bath - go for a stroll - talk to a friend - play a video game.

I drink water and coffee - only with my meals --- I am not drinking anything all day long - I usually (except for today when I ate half a cake - its my BD - exception) I usually have one third cup of cooked oatmeal - every night with my water and last coffee at about 9 pm - that fills me until morning - the first thing I do is drink a cup of water and I stand in the kitchen and eat my apple while I cook my breakfast.

If you get a huge craving to "eat" - then make a meal under 200 calories - drink water with your meal - and sit at the table --- I try not to ever eat in the kitchen but rather than snacking - right out of the cupboard --- it is better to eat a small meal.

It is okay - I do hope that I was of some help .... and try to stay positive (of course) the meal planning made the day before - takes any guess work out of being in the kitchen trying to prepare "whatever" and it keeps you focused on your objective. Healthier food choices will come more and more over time. Rome was not built in a day.

So I am now eating about 365 apples per year - I am worth it.

It happens to all of us at some time. I just try not to do too much damage until I am mentally committed to sticking to the plan. I recommend logging your food so you know how much you are eating. I start over on so many Mondays or 1st of the months and end by the end of the day. But I keep trying and eventually I refocus and once I'm committed I really stick to it.

That is half of the battle - driving by without going there - same as your kitchen if you can walk past without stopping there.
