Back again, after days of no internet. I did not do a good job of writing down what I ate so no food diary for the week. I did a one day cheat in Venice mid-week (had gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce and tiramisu) but am now back in ketosis. I had some reflux and stomach pains after the cheat so bah on that. The tiramisu was worth it though. I can't think of any way to fake a low carb one though.
Staying with our friends on their farm in France was wonderful. I skipped the yummy looking bread and croissants but ate lots of good cheeses and buttery fresh eggs and fresh olives, berries and asparagus and greens from their garden and the Saturday produce market.
Today we are in Rennes and our hotel has the kind of continental breakfast that includes cold cuts and cheese. Yay!
