loosinisfun's Logboek, 03 mei 11

goooooood tuesday mornin...woke up before alarm clock buzzed in my ear...but really just wanted to lay in bed an think of an excuse for not going to the gym...eventually i got up an ate breakfast an got dressed...i have to say i am alittle sore from my weight workout yesterday...so guess i found muscles that needed some attention...glad today was just cardio day...like yesterday did 45 min on elliptical..well...did 2x22min ..hill program an 20 resistance..highest it would go...then rode the recumbant bike for the last 15 min...again a hill program...but only a resistance of 3...yes im tired...lol...rained all day yesterday..yard need to be cut really bad..and its just to soggy to do it...today is one of the 3 store days to get restocked for the next week...i had a day of extra eating yesterday...im guessing cause of the weight workout...not really to worried about it...long as i stick with it..an keep consistent with my workouts...the weight will eventually show on the scales or in the belt holes....an thats ...that....lol..have a great day today...even if it is raining...better then snow...if it was snow we would be azzz whole deep in it by now...be tunneling for sure...lol...

Yes it sure is better than snow. I wouldn't care if I ever saw snow again..lol I am tired this morning too. Only had 3 hours of sleep last night and don't know how I will function today at work. If I didn't have so much to do there I would stay home. Hope you have a great Tuesday and hope it stops raining.

not really about you doing my workouts..the idea is to do what works for you...do what your body will allow you to do...just like i couldnt do chattychathy1955 workouts...its what your body gets use to...i have always done manual labor and felt like i was pretty active..until i got to be a couch potato and loved eating anything i wanted...i still do eat what i want...just in smaller portions and i now workout to burn it off....

Since I don't do much manual labour, I suppose that I can get away with doing less. I just find your dedication impressive.
