I have decided throttle it back a bit here on FS. I think I have become a bit too meticulous about things and need to "loosen" up a bit. I will try to do weekly weigh ins rather than daily ones. We will see how hard that is for me to do considering I am so used to doing it first thing in the morning, every morning!
Calorie counting may be kept seldomly as well. I believe I have fallen into a good routine with my eating throughout the week. I think it is a matter of counting my weekends to keep me in check but we shall see...
