Went for a run today. Fasted for about 19 hours. Went for a 35" run before I broke the fast. A slight weight gain of .4 kgs weighing in at 177.9lbs or 80.9 kg. This is fantastic as on December 1 I was weighing in at 184.5 lbs or 83.9 kgs. I think the gain was connected to my daily consumption of chocolate bars and each one was about 1,000 calories. In addition to this very delicious small loaf of walnut/raisin bread as a snack. Luckily I realized after a few weeks of doing this that I would quickly get back to my weight in February which was 89.75 kgs or 197.5 lbs. I have realized from this experience that my primary issue is with my sugar addiction from breads and sweets. I still really crave sugar everyday, but the fact that I can quickly rebound to my old weight and as science shows get even heavier really got me back on track. I think if things continue to head in this direction I can reach 175lbs or 79.5 kgs by the end of this month (about -1.4kgs).
